Product Information
Each pack contains our compact PFP foam roller, three PFP Mini Performance Bands (light, medium, heavy), our PFP Extended Performance Band, a 6” non-slip PFP Massage Ball and our custom-designed Arrowhead Trigger Point Tool. All products come in our patent protected PFP case, with a carabiner clip for easy attachment to your bag.
Absolutely. Each product is designed to support all athletes for every sport, whatever your level of competition.
All tools are made from high-quality, durable, and skin-safe materials, built to withstand repeated use without compromising on comfort or performance.
We recommend wiping all tools with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals to maintain grip and integrity.
Using Your Pack
Yes — You’ll find guided tutorial videos for each product on our website and socials.
Our tools are designed to support you at every stage — activation (pre-session), recovery (post-session), and mobility (anytime).
While many tools can support rehab and release, we recommend consulting a physio or rehab specialist if you’re recovering from an injury.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Packed For Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@packedforperformance.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to us.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
